Privates with a highly qualified teacher are essential to developing and deepening your yoga and meditation practice. Private lessons are geared to your individual needs. For newer students, privates provide the safety necessary to ask questions and receive detailed instruction at an individualized pace. Privates are essential for learning the nuances of good alignment and for giving appropriate attention required to heal specific injuries.
For experienced practitioners, private sessions mean getting a chance to learn and refine more advanced poses (that are not often taught in group classes), and deepen other areas of yogic studies including philosophy, pranayama, and meditation.
All private meditation and yoga sessions take place on Zoom. I have found this to be a very safe, powerful and effective way to connect with my students from all over the world. We create an intimate space and you will be guided deeply into the inner landscape of your body and breath by the sound of my voice. It almost feels like I am right there in your home with you!
