I knew for a long time that I needed to do something about my weight, lack of energy, achiness, etc., but I didn’t want to just join a health club or “go on a diet”. I wanted to make lasting changes. I asked Greta to help me because she has such a holistic philosophy of health and wellness. With Greta’s guidance, I lost 45 pounds! I gained energy, my aches disappeared, and I discovered I liked yoga! She gave me tools that I can use to sustain this overall wellbeing and continues to check in with me to troubleshoot issues and celebrate successes. Greta felt like a helpful, healthier friend, which was just the approach I needed!

I’ve always sought to improve my habits and I’ve tried a lot of different philosophies. The amount of different fads are endless and confusing. This course was different though. What I loved about The Radiant Lady 10 week program was all the depth and tradition of Ayurveda that Greta taught us. The healthy habits we learned simply work wonders and Greta does an amazing job of teaching them and giving really practical ways to adopt them to become part of our daily lives. The Radiant Lady program offers group support and accountability, which was also really helpful. All the habits and practices just makes sense, and after these 10 weeks I feel lighter, healthier, and wiser!

Practicing yoga with Greta is always a unique experience. We begin the practice in one way and end in another: more integrated, centered, and focused. Greta opens channels for important things. She is soft but precise. She focuses on different parts of the body, mind, and spirit to leave me feeling whole. She is always searching for new horizons and new inspirations.

I’ve known Greta since 2007, actually I was her first student in Brazil! Apart from being an incredible yoga teacher, she is also an amazing human being, very calm and centered. Her classes are always energetic but at the same time peaceful, and she always manages to finish class with some inspiration for the rest of the day!

I started yoga with Greta 5 years ago. I have 3 herniated discs and used to spend a week in bed every other month. The doctors recomentations were: don’t twist, don’t fold, and don’t bend ever again! Well, yoga is all about twisting, folding, and bending! In the begining it was hard. I didn’t know Greta yet but I trusted her and her method very quickly. Now, I can do a lot of poses I never thought I would ever be able to do! And yoga became my remedy, my doctor, my therapy, my life! A million thanks to my beloved teacher!
