Psychotherapy for deeper self-understanding and lasting change.
Grounded in depth-oriented psychotherapy, enriched by more than 25 years of teaching yoga and contemplative practices.
To be human is to encounter joy and loss, clarity and confusion, strength and vulnerability. My hope is to create spaces where we can slow down, listen deeply, and meet those experiences with awareness, openness, and care.
I believe we are always becoming, and that meaningful change is possible.
Insight. Embodiment. Connection.
Slow down. Listen deeply.
Meaningful change is possible.

Individual and Couples Therapy
Many people come to therapy feeling anxious, overwhelmed by self-doubt, grieving a loss, or repeating patterns they no longer want to carry. Together, we'll explore the deeper patterns shaping your current struggles—not simply to understand them, but to create space for greater freedom, more fulfilling relationships, and lasting change.
My approach is relational and psychodynamic, with attention to both emotional experience and the body. I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, grief, and major life transitions.
Sangha Circle: A Community for Practice and Connection
The Sangha Circle is an online community centered around yoga, meditation, breathwork, and mindful living. Through a growing library of on-demand classes, live Sunday morning yoga, guided meditations, and occasional workshops, it offers a place to slow down, stay connected, and cultivate a more grounded way of living. Whether you're beginning your practice or returning to it again and again, Sangha Circle is designed to support you wherever you are.

Rasa Yoga 200-Hour Teacher Training
Join me and an exceptional team of guest teachers for an immersive 200-hour yoga teacher training in Seattle. More than a professional certification, this training is an invitation to deepen your relationship with yoga through dedicated practice, thoughtful study, and honest self-inquiry. Together we'll explore asana, meditation, breathwork, philosophy, anatomy, and the art of teaching within a supportive learning community. Whether your path leads to teaching or simply to a richer personal practice, you'll leave with a strong foundation, renewed confidence, and practices that continue to support you long after the training ends.
We heal in relationship.
—with ourselves, with others, and through the experience of being genuinely seen and understood.
