After 25 years of teaching worldwide, I’ve found that wellness is more than a practice — it’s a path to self-mastery and living to your fullest potential.
My journey with yoga began in college when I was looking for solace after a very difficult time in my life. Over two decades later, yoga has not only transformed my life but given me opportunities to teach around the world in cities like Los Angeles, Bangkok, Sao Paulo, New York, and Seattle, where I now call home. As a certified Health and Ayurveda Wellness counselor, I am passionate about supporting the body, mind, and spirit through practices that nurture true well-being.
I’m currently pursuing a Master’s in Counseling Psychology, expanding my approach to integrate psychology and yoga. I believe healing is a holistic journey of body, heart, and mind, and I’m excited to offer programs that reflect this philosophy. Beyond teaching, I love traveling, live music, road trips, speaking Portuguese, and long walks by the ocean with my husband and beloved whippet.

— whether through yoga teacher training, immersive retreats, or wellness coaching. My goal is to give you the tools and support you need to feel empowered, live fully, and cultivate a deeper spiritual practice while embracing a healthier, more mindful life.
