Hello Radiant One!
I am writing to you from my new home in Williamsburg (Brooklyn), New York. The past few weeks have been a whirlwind of packing, moving, goodbyes, hotels, unpacking and uncertainty about what my new adventure holds. I left 95 degrees and sunny Sao Paulo last Friday and woke up to 20 degrees and snow in New York on Saturday. It is a time of total transition and as scary as that may be, I know that uncertainty holds the possibility of transformation and great possibility!

I have seen again and again through my yoga practice how I am totally supported in life – even (and especially) when I am afraid. I believe that when we listen to our heart’s deepest truth and pursue what we love, we will be guided and provided for in ways beyond our wildest dreams! So even in times of change and upheaval, may we pause to really listen to our hearts, in that silence may we be sensitive to feel the stronger pull of what we truly desire in our lives, and may we pursue what we love with total clarity, courage, and confidence. Our desires and dreams hold the potentiality of our possibility.

As I learn to embrace change and go into my heart to listen and truly feel the “stronger pull” on my path, may each of us take time to know our hearts and follow them with great joy!

New Offerings for 2014:
I am thrilled to now offer health coaching in addition to my yoga classes. I have been deeply interested in nutrition, alternative remedies, holistic health and wellness since I was a teenager. For years my yoga students have been coming to me for advice about weight loss, improving energy, detoxing, becoming a vegetarian and other wellness concerns and so I finally decided to deepen my studies and receive my certification as a Holistic Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
What is a health coach? Health Coaches are knowledgeable advisors who provide ongoing support as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. As a board certified Holistic Health Coach I listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory nutritional advice to determine what changes are necessary for you. I believe every individual is a unique expression of the Divine. Therefore, no one singular yoga practice nor one diet works for everyone. I will guide you to discover what food and lifestyle choices best support you. My aim is to help women discover their optimal level of health, radiance, vibrancy, and connection in order to live life more fully, with greater joy and deeper peace. I believe that freedom and health are our birthrights. I believe that joy is our nature. I believe that the world will be set free by confidant, radiant, happy, healthy women!
How does health coaching work? We meet either in person (New York) or via Skype and telephone (wherever you are!) once a week for 10 weeks. In each session you will receive feedback, suggestions, handouts, recipes and other gifts to help you on your path to wholeness! You have 12 weeks to complete your package and additional support may be discussed at that time if necessary.
