The Radiant Lady Lifestyle: 10 Weeks to Inner and Outer Beauty is offered 2 times per year and includes:
10 Audio lessons: Each Sunday you receive a short, inspirational audio lesson to listen to and start incorporating into your week.
10 Group Coaching Calls: We meet by phone weekly as a group to trouble-shoot any challenges and questions that may arise as we implement small habit changes into our lives. These calls are a special time of connection and support between all members of the tribe. They are also your opportunity to receive inspiration and guidance from me around your specific needs. All calls are recorded and sent to you to listen to at your convenience in case you miss one!
Course Materials: You receive a downloadable guidebook that includes the essential habits for radiant living, worksheets to deepen your experience, tip sheets on creating lasting habit-change, a delicious recipe book, suggested meal plans, and more.
Access to my Seasonal Cleanse: As a member of The Radiant Lady, you receive a free pass to either my Fall or Spring seasonal detox.
Laser Coaching: There will be special additional calls during our program where you sign up to receive laser coaching from me – a yoga and holistic health expert with 20 years of experience – for your specific health and wellness challenges and goals.
Downloadable Meditations: You will receive special meditations to help you begin or deepen your meditation practice.
Sisterhood: You will be part of a virtual sisterhood of support; you will be held in the circle of friendship with other like-minded women. We will connect often through our private Facebook forum.
Reading List and Gifts: We will have a suggested reading list of 3 books (to be announced) and you will be receiving some surprise gifts from me to make your journey even sweeter!
